2025-2026 Eura Brown AR Goals Reward System

*Teachers in each grade will set student goals (points needed and required comprehension score) and communicate those expectations to students and parents.

*Students have to meet all 4 nine-week period goals in order to participate in the culminating reward activity (t-shirt design contest and t-shirt reward).

* TOP 20 will be recognized during announcements, posted on our website and social media outlets.

  • 1st Reward – Students will receive a reading charm with chain. Many students attach these charms to their backpack.
  • 2nd Reward – A second reading charm will be awarded to those that have met their goals for both the 1st and 2nd nine-week periods.
  • 3rd Reward – Students that have met their goals for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd nine-week periods will receive a yard sign. It will have our EB logo and state that the student is a Eura Brown AR Super Reader.
  • 4th Reward – Students that have met their goals each of the four nine-week periods will be eligible to participate in the T-shirt design competition and will receive a t-shirt with the winning design printed on it.

*Rewards are earned in progression… you must first earn the first reading charm, before you can earn a second reading charm. You must have earned two reading charms before you earn a yard sign. Two reading charms and a yard sign must be earned before you can receive a shirt.
